MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Biometric screening events will take place August 20-24 and September 10-14!
The upcoming events, hosted by Everside Health + Ramp Health, give you a chance to complete a 15-minute screening to help you identify, understand, and monitor your health over time. It includes a series of biometric measures that include height, weight (body fat percentage and waist circumference optional), blood pressure, and fasting lab tests for cholesterol, blood sugar levels.
Completion of this screening by employee and spouse (if applicable) meets the requirement to receive the lowest monthly premium and lowest copays based on the health insurance plan you are enrolled in. If you have a spouse enrolled in the plan, please share this information as they need a separate account and appointment.
Anyone who has completed a qualifying biometric screening on or after 5/31/24 (due to being newly hired or a qualifying life event) does not need to participate in these events.
As a reminder, all patient information collected by Ramp Health is strictly confidential and never shared with your employer under HIPAA guidelines.
